on each sales place our people check maximum 5 titles and their exposal within a rack, which may be corrected by them

  in a case that a shop does not sell a certain title and is interested to sell it, we assure its listing through one of our distributors in sufficient number of copies

  in a case that a shop is not sufficiently filled with a title we increase its supply  

  we can place a label, hang a so called wobler, or place a POS or hand over a gift from the editor

  we report weekly incl. photo-documentation, a filled visit table and problem reporting
