Ines Sojková works as a managing director and Chairman of Board of directors in Happy Day Smart Projects a. s. Before the company foundation she worked in a developer company as a project manager in the area of indoor. In previous years she worked in Křídla, a.s., an advertising agency, and at the same time she was concerned with pedagogic activities. She completed a half-year study-visit at Freie Universität Berlin, where she was involved in consulting activity for the Academy within the EU. Among her hobbies we can name golf, design, flowers and pedagogy.

Terezie Kozderková worked as an office manager in Happy Day Smart Projects until 2006. Since 2007 she has been working as a sales manager. She is responsible for the whole network of tobacco shops and LUKOIL refueling stations and trouble-free realization including the right operation of all realized campaigns. Before she work as a production assistant at Czech Council of Children and Youth. She arranged benefit and charity concerts and ensured whole republic events for children. She studied the Private school of business, hospitality and hotel operations in Prague. Her hobbies: skiing, animals, singing.

Markéta Růžičková works as an account manager in Happy Day Smart Projects and she takes care of clients, prepares calculations and proposals of advertising campaigns, their realizations and reporting. She graduated from Commercial Academy in Beroun (the subject field of economics and enterprise. Now she is distance-studying VOŠ in Kladno (the subject field of social works). Before that she worked as a business assistant and director’s assistant in printing. Among her hobbies we could rank dance, music, sport, reading and gardening.

Since there is a shortage of reliable and hard-working people on job market we were forced to enlarge our team with our own people. Denisa Faltová, our colleague (on maternity leave right now) forced Happy Day with Filip Falta, who is now preparing intensively for an area sales manager post. During our meetings he maps division of regions within CR on a wall chart (with a permanent felt-tip) and trains assertiveness necessary for commercial meetings (No, Don’t wanna, yum-yum, Dáda, hiiiiii). He likes throwing stones, hiding keys and German language (haben, haken and hagen).

Our tortoise does not have a name that is why we call her Tortoise. She is a monster of 23 cm able to bite off a finger. It was brought by Terezie Kozderková again since she had no more place in her flat. The tortoise spends days lying on a stone or swimming actively, which makes a „little“ noise. Markéta Růžičková takes care of her right living and has her in her office to amuse our clients.
