Another network of tobacco shops (Valmont) has fallen into clutches of Happy Day, where we support printed title sale. Valmont from Valmont CR, s.r.o, which controls 60 retail shops in shopping centers and hypermarkets all over the Czech republic and which will keep enlarging in course of the year. Shops have exclusive design and great sale results. As sale supports of printed titles there are 4 set-off promo places – transparent plastic pockets placed on press racks.

This year Happy Day team took part in „Reklama, Polygraf 2008“ for the fourth time. This time we took our participation with humor and originality – we adjusted our stall as a tobacco shop including display of classic stall press. Visitors could choose a title for free so not only they but also publishers were pleased, since they had supplied us with remittent issues of their magazines or newspapers. In total we distributed about 6000 titles.
Happy Day exclusively in PONT network!

Since January 2008 we cooperate exclusively with PONT network which contains 19 sales places! These shops are placed at railway stations and other busy places (like squares, cross roads, underground) and customers can visit them from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, 365 days in a year. In PONT network we offer support of sale of printed titles in a shape of two red plastic pockets and in some shops also in a form of a stand placed on a shop counter. For PONT network we also provide exclusive service concerning printed titles.

At request of our current clients we decided to further enlarge our services, this time in a form of sales place control. Customers interested in this service will only give us their database of shops, which they would like to have checked and our business representatives will carry out everything. This service involves not only a physical control of a magazine location on a rack or on a counter but also photo-documentation, or a label placing. In a case that a title does not occur on a sales place, we provide its distribution through PNS post service or Mediaprint Kappa.

This year again we took part in Reklama 2007 trade fair, where we presented a complete portfolio of products for sales support and lease of advertising areas. Our presence on the fair brought a benefit – we succeeded in establishing many new business contacts.

Happy Day gained a new network of Pealo for sales support of printed titles. On 17 places of sale labeled with the name Pealo the company Happy Day will install red plastic pockets – aimed for priority display – and transparent plastic stalls to place the title next to a cash desk. At the same time Happy Day will administer exclusively the whole portfolio of magazines in that network.

Happy Day comes to the market with an offer of priority display of titles in JET refueling stations. Printed titles are placed into red plastic pockets, which cannot be missed on the stalls. On each station there are 3 pockets (one in cash desk zone, two on magazine racks). The campaigns that have taken place so far were successfully accepted by publishers and their sales increased greatly.

23 new tobacco shops started cooperation with Happy Day in course of the year 2006! These are MPT (PNS) tobacco shops, in which Happy Day has already been offering lease of advertising areas and sale support at the same time. At present time there are more than 900 tobacco shops belonging to the Happy Day network in the whole Czech Republic and, as you can see, this number is not final.

From the date of 30/09/2005 Happy Day can be proud of new and quality tobacco shops in Prague. We started especially a co-operation with owners of Peal tobacco shops, H-Tabák web and JP-tabák web. We are placing our advertising panels in these shops and make different forms of sale support.

In the competition Zlatá koruna 2004, which took place within international conference Advertising and Retail forum, a Happy Day Smart Projects company got the main nomination for the prize Zlatá koruna 2004. The main nomination was awarded for project of sale support in tobacco shops.
