Asad Ahmad has been working with different aspects of school education of bilingual pupils. First as a bilingual teacher and later on as Pedagogical Adviser. Resolving conflicts between schools and parents was an important aspect of this work. During the last five years the emphasis of Asad Ahmad's work shifted more in the direction of conflict resolution, both in Denmark and in Comenius projects he was involved in. It was a natural consequence of this development that very recently Asad Ahmad started working at The Danish centre for Conflict Resolution
