Abdul Quddus took his retirement from Leeds City Council, United Kingdom
as a Senior Education Officer, Further Education (Community). He worked
in varied field of education ranging from multicultural education,
youth & community, and further and adult education. At present,
he is the Executive Director of QiD (Quality in Diversity), an independent
consultancy organisation specialising in education and training issues
of black and minority ethnic communities. Prior to his arrival in Britain
from Bangladesh, he used to work as an Agricultural Economist at the
Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
